Speakers

Russell Gray is co-host of Real Estate Guys Radio, the number one ranked real estate radio show and the author of the very highly rated book, Equity Happens. The Real Estate Guys mission and motto is Education for Effective Action (trademarked). Russ is a popular speaker on the topics of staying focused, motivated, and informed.

Dave Zook has been an investor and entrepreneur all of his adult life. His investments cover a myriad of real asset holdings including real estate in several states in the US, Multi Family apartments and ATM portfolios. Additionally Dave has international real estate investment holdings in Panama, Canada and Belize. Dave and his investors own almost 3,000 apartment units mostly in Memphis, TN and Texas in some of the hottest job markets in the country.

Jamie Smith: Author of the highly review book, Trailer Cash and Co-founder of Elevation Capital Group. She co-manages multiple investment funds and participates in the ownership and/or management of over 20,000 MHC lots.

Jeffrey Taylor or as you may know him, Mr. Landlord is a real estate instructor, author, and coach. Author of the Landlord’s Kit, the best selling book nationwide on the subject of property management and CEO of Mr Landlord, Inc, providing coaching tips to over 100,000 landlords annually.

Glen Mather is the President and CEO of NuView Trust Company (formerly NuView IRA), founded in 2003 to broadly open up the opportunity for others to participate in taking control of their IRA.

Glen speaks nationally on the topic of self-directed IRAs and has been featured in print and on television. He serves on the board of the National Entrepreneurial Center, the Forest Lake Education Center, is a graduate and sponsor of Lifework Leadership, and recently completed service with the Association of Corporate Growth.

Mike Cobb his business partner formed Exotic Caye International in 1996 to provide loans to North Americans purchasing properties in Belize, Honduras and throughout the region. As the need for capital outstripped the supply, the mortgage company was converted to an international bank under the jurisdiction of Belize. It continues to provide mortgage services, but has expanded its services to encompass the full realm of financial products.

Mike has spoken at hundreds of international conferences about real estate financing and development. He has acted as a consultant to The Oxford Club and gives counsel to various real estate projects throughout Central America.

Jason De Bono has been working in the self-directed IRA industry for over a decade and currently serves as the Vice President at NuView IRA. He has appeared as a guest speaker across the country for various Advisors, Investment Sponsors, Attorneys, CPAs, and Real Estate Professionals to actively educate and raise awareness about the the power of holding alternative assets within retirement accounts.

Panelists

Jane Bond is Managing Partner at McCalla Raymer. She is especially skilled in default , litigation management, mediation, Trial Prace, and Foreclosure related issues. She’s an avid real estate investor and an excellent legal resource for investors.
