Her Realty Group has a list of wholesale properties (cheap fixer uppers) that are updated daily and, most recently, Cindy closed on a huge luxury home.

Cindy explains “As a native Floridian who grew up in Belle Isle (historic district of Orlando) and still lives here today with my own family, I know Central Florida. Growing up, my father used to buy (toys) boats and trailers, jet skis, motorcycles, motor homes, etc. He taught me how to buy low and sell high. NuView Ranked Among the Top Philanthropic Companies in Central Florida

We’re proud to be ranked as one of the Top 30 Philanthropic Companies by the Orlando Business Journal and featured on their annual Top Philanthropic Companies list, an exclusive ranking of the region’s companies with the most charitable contributions in 2015. The list was published in the November 18th special print publication called Partners in Philanthropy.

The companies on this year’s list ranked between $10,000 and $10.3 million donated in Central Florida. Companies were ranked by the most dollars donated in Central Florida. They were required to have donated to a non-profit in Orange, Seminole, Osceola or Lake counties.

When NuView started 14 years ago, most IRA account owners were completely unaware that they could use their accounts to purchase assets outside the traditional stock market. It was an industry served by administrators with a few thousand accounts, mostly used to purchase real estate.

Evidently much has changed. At the 2016 industry conference I attended in Washington for self-directed IRA administrators and custodians, we learned the growth of IRA assets being self-directed during the past year was at its highest point ever.

Buying Real Estate in my IRA

In certain regions of the country, depressed prices due to foreclosures and bank owned property have stimulated the investors due to enhanced cash flow opportunities.

Properties that were historically purchased and held for appreciation, now can provide income to the IRA as well. In addition the unprecedented displacement of families from the economic downturn have increased the demand for rental properties, as few new units came on the market during the past decade.

The staff at NuView’s corporate office celebrated Thanksgiving a little early with a hearty potluck of assorted of dishes and desserts. It was quite the spread!
